چکیده

The present study provides new insight into valuable information on the diverse structure of anisakid population, discusses limited species richness, and also relationship with other closely diversity-related taxa in NCBI databases Epinephelus diacanthus coioides fish. fishing area consists various locations Arabian Gulf. A total 69 E.coioides E. were examined, (n= 48) infected. Larval stages (n=1,119). Isolated larvae encysted within mesenteries peritoneum viscera fish organs, a prevalence 81.25% infection 59.459 % respectively. Molecular analysis was carried out thirty individuals nematode parasites who have examined morphology showed some appearance differences, by amplifying internal transcribed spacers ITS ITS-1 nuclear rDNA (rDNA) PCR using primer sets NC5/NC2 SS1/NC13R DNA products. Evolutionary analyses conducted MEGA X. based identity percentage GenBank database that they belong to nematodes, particular, nine distinct Hysterothylacium spp. presence same one host may be cause these genetic variations at level, that's what current has recorded. It been found there is an overlap order nitrogen bases between species, this occurs through fertilization process, while rest clean or only few parasites.

Molecular characterization of anisakid nematode larvae from 13 species of fish from Western Australia.

This study characterized anisakid nematodes in estuarine and near-shore species of fish in southern Western Australia. A total of 108 fish representing 13 species were examined for anisakid larvae. For the molecular characterization of anisakid larvae (n=218), we used PCR-coupled mutation scanning-sequencing-phylogenetic analyses of sequence variation in the internal transcribed spacers of nucl...

Larval Anisakid Infections in Marine Fish from Three Sea Areas of the Republic of Korea

The present study was performed to determine the infection status of anisakid larvae in marine fish collected from 3 sea areas of the Republic of Korea. Total 86 marine fish (8 species) collected from the East Sea (Goseong-gun, Gangwon-do), 171 fish (10 species) from the South Sea (Sacheon-si, Gyeongsangnam-do), and 92 fish (7 species) from the Yellow Sea (Incheon Metropolitan City) were examin...

Larval anisakid infections of some tropical fish species from north-west Australia.

Despite the commercial and zoonotic importance of larval anisakid infestations of teleosts, their distribution among Australia's diverse marine fish fauna is poorly understood. A preliminary survey of Australia's tropical north-west revealed a generally high prevalence of larval anisakids representing four genera (Anisakis, Terranova, Thynnascaris and Raphidascaris) among only seven fish specie...

Occurrence and Intensity of Anisakid Nematode Larvae in Some Commercially Important Fish Species in Persian Gulf

BACKGROUND Anisakid nematodes are common parasites of fish, mammals, fish-eating birds, and reptiles with a worldwide distribution, causing diseases in human, fish and important economic losses. METHODS A preliminary epidemiological study was carried out on Anisakid nematodes larvae in some commercially important fish species to evaluate the anisakid nematode larvae from greater lizardfish, (...

Anisakid Nematodes as Possible Markers to Trace Fish Products

In this work a total of 949 fish samples were analysed for the identification of nematode larvae belonging to the Anisakidae family. Biomolecular application for the identification of Anisakidae larvae can be an optimal instrument for the traceability of fish products, described on the Reg. EC 178/2002. Results confirm a correlation between geographical distribution of fishes and presence of sp...
